第1条（サービスの概要）
JVMAP（以下「本サービス」）は、株式会社takepoint（以下「当社」）が運営する、日本国内のライブ会場・音楽施設の情報を地図上に掲載するWebサービスです。本サービスには、無料で利用できる会場マップの閲覧機能のほか、有料のカスタムマップ作成機能（MyMAP）が含まれます。
第2条（利用条件）
本サービスの会場マップ閲覧機能は、どなたでも無料でご利用いただけます。MyMAP機能のご利用には、所定の料金のお支払いが必要です（キャンペーンまたはクーポン利用時を除く）。本サービスを利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第3条（掲載情報について）
- 掲載されている会場情報（名称、住所、キャパシティ、連絡先等）は、公開情報およびユーザーからの申請に基づいています。
- 情報の正確性・完全性・最新性について、当社は保証いたしません。
- 実際の会場情報は、各会場の公式サイト等でご確認ください。
第4条（会場申請・修正依頼）
- ユーザーは、本サービスを通じて新規会場の申請または既存情報の修正依頼を行うことができます。
- 申請・修正依頼の採否は当社の裁量により決定し、個別の通知は行いません。
- 虚偽の情報や不適切な内容の申請は、事前の通知なく削除する場合があります。
第5条（MyMAP機能）
- MyMAPは、利用者が本サービスに掲載されている会場を選択し、カスタムマップを作成できる有料機能です。
- 料金は各購入ページに表示される金額（税込）とし、買い切り型で月額料金は発生しません。
- 決済完了後、専用のURL・編集リンク・削除リンクがメールで送信されます。これらのリンクは第三者と共有しないようご注意ください。
- 作成後のテキスト（タイトル・説明・各会場のカスタムテキスト）は編集リンクから変更できます。ただし、会場の追加・削除は作成後にはできません。
- MyMAPの作成後の返金には対応しておりません。
- クーポンまたはキャンペーンを利用して無料で作成した場合も、本条の規定が適用されます。
第6条（MyMAPのコンテンツ）
- 利用者がMyMAPに入力したテキスト（タイトル・説明・カスタムテキスト等）の内容について、当社は責任を負いません。
- 違法、公序良俗に反する、または第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツを含むMyMAPは、当社の判断により事前の通知なく削除する場合があります。
- 利用者は、削除リンクを使用していつでもMyMAPを削除できます。削除したMyMAPは復元できません。
第7条（禁止事項）
以下の行為を禁止します。
- 本サービスのデータを無断で大量に収集・複製する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 虚偽の会場情報を故意に申請する行為
- MyMAP機能を不正に利用する行為（クーポン・キャンペーンの不正利用を含む）
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第8条（免責事項）
本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。本サービスは「現状のまま」提供され、特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。MyMAPの永続的な提供を保証するものではありません。
第9条（サービスの変更・終了）
当社は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容変更、一時停止、または終了を行うことがあります。サービス終了時も、既にお支払いいただいた料金の返金は行いません。
第10条（規約の変更）
当社は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本サービス上に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
第11条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
1. About the Service
JVMAP ("the Service") is a web service operated by takepoint Inc. ("the Company") that displays information about live music venues and facilities in Japan on an interactive map. The Service includes a free venue map browsing feature and a paid custom map creation feature (MyMAP).
2. Terms of Use
The venue map browsing feature is available to anyone free of charge. Use of the MyMAP feature requires payment of the applicable fee (except when using campaigns or coupons). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
3. Venue Information
- Venue information (names, addresses, capacity, contact details, etc.) is based on publicly available data and user submissions.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information.
- Please verify actual venue details on each venue's official website.
4. Venue Submissions & Correction Requests
- Users may submit new venues or request corrections to existing information through the Service.
- Approval of submissions is at the Company's sole discretion. Individual notifications will not be provided.
- False or inappropriate submissions may be removed without notice.
5. MyMAP Feature
- MyMAP is a paid feature that allows users to select venues listed on the Service and create custom maps.
- The price is as displayed on each purchase page (tax included). It is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
- Upon payment completion, a dedicated URL, edit link, and delete link will be sent via email. Please do not share these links with third parties.
- Text content (title, description, custom text for each venue) can be modified via the edit link after creation. However, venues cannot be added or removed after creation.
- Refunds are not available after MyMAP creation.
- These provisions also apply to MyMAPs created for free using coupons or campaigns.
6. MyMAP Content
- The Company is not responsible for text content entered by users in MyMAP (titles, descriptions, custom text, etc.).
- MyMAPs containing illegal content, content that violates public order, or content that infringes on the rights of third parties may be removed without notice at the Company's discretion.
- Users may delete their MyMAP at any time using the delete link. Deleted MyMAPs cannot be restored.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Mass scraping or unauthorized reproduction of Service data
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Intentionally submitting false venue information
- Fraudulent use of the MyMAP feature (including misuse of coupons and campaigns)
- Any other activity deemed inappropriate by the Company
8. Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Perpetual availability of MyMAP is not guaranteed.
9. Changes & Termination
The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. Fees already paid will not be refunded upon service termination.
10. Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms. Amended Terms become effective upon posting on the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
